We are seeking a proactive and skilled US-based Biz Dev to grow our business and strengthen relationships with our US clients. If you thrive on closing deals, meeting ambitious targets of a growing business, and earning performance-based bonuses, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing?

  • Understand the design process, our unique differentiation, the value we bring, and customer pain points;

  • Possess technical knowledge of building MVPs for web apps;

  • Conduct intro calls and client meetings to assess project needs;

  • Draft proposals, including project scope and planning;

  • Engage the team in pre-sale efforts to manage concepts, UX audits, and proposals in collaboration with the account manager, head of design, and other designers;

  • Pitch and close deals;

  • Manage documentation and sales performance reports;

  • Participate in industry events to network and promote Merge Rocks;

  • Meet US clients in person when needed.

What is needed?

  • US-based (remote work);

  • Native English speaker;

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a relevant role within an IT outsourcing or product development company;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and take responsibility;

  • Ability to travel for business when needed;

  • Ready to hustle and drive results 🔥
