Contractor — means for you freelance model: we provide flexible work arrangements based on a freelance model, allowing you to manage your work hours and location.

As a contractor designer, you will collaborate with our creative team to craft engaging and visually appealing designs tailored to our clients' needs. While we don't have relevant projects immediately available, our agency typically receives new projects frequently, offering a continuous flow of exciting opportunities. By joining our team, you'll be prepared to dive into projects swiftly and make a meaningful impact when the right opportunity arises.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and goals;
You will create amazing projects based on your skills and creativity, showcasing your talent through visually appealing designs;
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively;
Work closely with developers and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements;
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve design quality continuously.

Requirements

3+ years of professional design experience in one or more of the following areas: UI/UX design, product design, motion, 3D design, marketing design, graphic design, web, and illustration;
Upper-intermediate English proficiency as you would communicate directly with our clients;
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work and design skills;
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema4D, Blender, Spline (or any other tools for 3D);
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients;
As we're a primarily remote-based team and we care about our teammates' freedom and output results — you need to be a responsible, self-disciplined person with time-management skills.

Nice to have

Experience working in a design agency or similar fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
