Intro

We are seeking a Technical Oriented Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical projects, ensuring top-quality results, and realizing the client's vision. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset, are essential for success in this role.

As a quality ambassador, you will be the main point of contact for clients, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with developers to understand project requirements and technical specifications;
Breaking down complex tasks into smaller, more manageable tasks for developers to work on;
Managing JIRA and other project management tools to track progress and ensure tasks are completed on time;
Maintaining documentation for project requirements, designs, and progress reports;
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and updates;
Verifying and approving invoices, as well as tracking time and expenses;
Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle;
Implementing the client's vision and ensuring that the end product meets their expectations;
Explaining technical concepts and project details to clients in a clear and concise manner;
Planning and managing project timelines and budgets, and adjusting plans as necessary;
Adding team members to the project, as needed.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role for 3+ years;
Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently;
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues;
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
