Intro

We are seeking a Technical Oriented Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical projects, ensuring top-quality results, and realizing the client's vision. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented mindset, are essential for success in this role.

As a quality ambassador, you will be the main point of contact for clients, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with developers to understand project requirements and technical specifications;

  • Breaking down complex tasks into smaller, more manageable tasks for developers to work on;
  • Managing JIRA and other project management tools to track progress and ensure tasks are completed on time;
  • Maintaining documentation for project requirements, designs, and progress reports;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and updates;
  • Verifying and approving invoices, as well as tracking time and expenses;
  • Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Implementing the client's vision and ensuring that the end product meets their expectations;
  • Explaining technical concepts and project details to clients in a clear and concise manner;
  • Planning and managing project timelines and budgets, and adjusting plans as necessary;
  • Adding team members to the project, as needed.

Requirements 

  • Experience in a similar role for 3+ years;

  • Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently;
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
