Intro

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious UX/UI Design Lead to join our incredible team. You will be leading, managing, and nurturing a team of designers. In addition, you will take a central role in overseeing the projects and will be directly responsible for their creativity and quality, as long as client satisfaction. Design Lead reports to the Head of Design.

  • 100+ projects from the USA, Australia, and Europe.

What you'll be doing?

  • Lead & Mentor team of designers (1-2 designers of Middle levels);
  • Manage 1-3 projects simultaneously; 
  • UX Research of competitors' products;
  • System Architecture Design for SaaS and Fintech products;
  • Delivering demos to stakeholders;
  • Delivering UX/UI Mockups to the Front-end team;
  • Estimating scope of tasks, lead other employees, keeping track of deadlines. 

What is needed?

  • At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI for Web and Mobile apps;

  • Experience in management of UI/UX designers or teaching design courses with a focus on guiding and mentoring individuals;

  • B2-C1 English proficiency is mandatory, as you’ll communicate with international clients and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

  • Combination of strong visual UI and system architecture skills;

  • Experience in creating design systems or UI Kits based on Atomic Design approach;

  • Ability to articulate and support your own decisions;

  • Experience in all product design phases: Competitors Research, UX Architecture, Wireframing, UI Visual Concept, UX/UI Mockups for full Web App, Delivery;

  • Portfolio with awesome UI/UX projects.
