We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (with no-code/low-code expertise) to join a dynamic team of our partner, Guard Home Warranty.
Please note that this is not an outstaffing position. The contract will be directly with Guard Home Warranty.
Guard Home Warranty is a fast-growing company in the home warranty and insurance domain. They help homeowners and real estate professionals protect properties through flexible warranty plans, streamlined processes, and innovative digital solutions. Their mission is to make home protection simple, transparent, and reliable.
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (with no-code/low-code expertise) to develop and scale Guard’s customer-facing portal and internal automation tools. You will work closely with COO and core team to build new features, integrate external services, and optimize processes.
The stack combines no-code platforms (WeWeb for front-end, Xano for back-end) with custom Python code for complex logic and integrations. The work is highly focused on automation, API integrations, and data consistency across systems.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and good command of HTML/CSS
Experience with Python (or willingness to learn it when needed)
Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), ability to write queries and ensure data consistency
Experience with no-code/low-code tools (WeWeb, Xano, Webflow or similar)
Git/GitHub proficiency, solid debugging and testing skills
Strong communication skills in English (all work is done in English).
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve Guard’s client portal (built on WeWeb + Xano).
Write and maintain custom Python code for advanced business logic and integrations.
Automate workflows and integrate third-party APIs (e.g. Zoho Desk, payment systems, Tremendous).
Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across CRM, billing, and support systems.
Collaborate with the COO, founders, and product team to shape technical solutions.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain features in production (Heroku, monitoring tools).
Document solutions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
