About the job

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python (primarily Django) and React to join a dynamic team of our partner, Pypestream. Please note that this is not an outstaffing position. The contract will be directly with Pypestream.

Pypestream is a Conversational AI platform built for scale, designed to help customer-centric enterprises navigate the digital age with “always-on” automation. We aim to elevate customer experiences with a full-stack platform, military-grade security, and the only patented B2C messaging carrier, engineered to handle any volume.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in software development/engineering;

• 6-10 years of experience writing production-level Python (Django) and React code; 

• Strong experience with full-stack development, including both backend (Python, Django) and frontend (React) technologies;

• Solid understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and hooks in React;

• Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and related technologies;

• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD);

• Proficiency with Git and version control systems;

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and work well in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning algorithms or AI-based development; 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); 

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies;

• Experience working in a messaging/chatbot or customer service automation environment.
