At Merge Rocks we're looking for a Graphic/Marketing Designer Designer to join our team.

The Merge team is looking for a passionate, creative Graphic/Marketing Designer who thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving environment. With a team of 15 highly skilled designers, including a Head of Design and multiple Design Leads, we foster a dynamic and supportive atmosphere where knowledge sharing is at the forefront.

We bring value to products through a UX-first design approach, complemented by our technical expertise.

  • 6+ years on the market;

  • 30+ employees;

  • 90+ projects from the USA, Australia, and Europe.

What you'll be doing?

  • Internal tasks:

    • Collaborate with the marketing and motion design teams;

    • Create marketing creatives (blog, Instagram, web site creatives, presentations).

  • External tasks:

    • Marketing design for social media, advertising creatives, and presentations;

    • Graphic design, including branding development;

    • Merch creation;

    • 2D and 3D illustrations creation;

    • Collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers;

    • Work directly with clients (collect feedback, understand tasks, deliver results).

What is needed?

  • 3+ years of design experience;

  • Upper-intermediate/advanced proficiency in English;

  • Strong self-management and time management skills;

  • Creativity and innovative thinking;

  • Basic skills in web design and UX/UI are welcome;

  • A portfolio showcasing your best work (please include it when sending your CV);

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Google Presentation, Canva, Keynote, Notion.
