About the role
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist who will combine two key areas: managing the full recruitment process and supporting HR operations within the company. You will play a crucial role in building and growing our teams, ensuring smooth onboarding for new joiners, and maintaining a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment in IT;
Experience in full-cycle recruitment;
Experience closing design-focused vacancies;
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Hands-on experience supporting the full employee lifecycle;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
What you’ll do
Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to a candidate’s first working day;
Manage candidates in ATS and recruitment databases;
Source talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards;
Conduct pre-screen interviews and coordinate technical/final stages;
Support direct hiring for client teams.
HR & People Operations
Organize onboarding and adaptation for newcomers;
Support probation processes;
Keep HR & Recruitment Database up-to-date;
Run offboarding: exit interviews, access management.
Performance Reviews
Coordinate and support performance review cycles;
Collect and analyze feedback from managers and teammates;
Help employees and managers define growth goals and action plans.
Communication & Coordination
Hold syncs with managers and 1:1s with employees;
Organize team workshops, meetings, and informal online/offline events.
