We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging designer to develop their skills and contribute fresh ideas to our innovative projects.

What you'll be doing?

Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications;
Develop design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design decisions;
Work closely with lead designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation;
Iterate on design concepts based on user feedback and team reviews to continuously improve the product;
Support ongoing projects by refining existing designs, addressing feedback, and ensuring smooth implementation;
Participate in client demo sessions, presenting design decisions and gathering valuable feedback to refine the user experience;
Continuously improving skills.

What is needed?

1+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design;
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English is essential for communication with international clients;
Fluent Ukrainian, as the entire internal team communicates in Ukrainian;
Be fluent with Figma;
Experience with Atomic UI Kit creation in Figma;
A portfolio that showcases your design work and the thought process;
Some experience with design methods eg. user story writing, prototyping, content architecture;
Hunger, and passion. You’re willing to put in the hours and to try-fail-learn;
You want to accelerate your growth as a designer.
You need to be a responsible, self-disciplined person with time-management skills.
