Merge Academy is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Full-time · Remote


Started as a product design team, Merge is Engineering and Product Design agency. Academy launched to empower the brand and share our expertise with people both growing our talent pools.

Our current products are Webflow from Start, Front-end (Junior), UI/UX Design (Middle), and Figma courses.

Become our Product Marketing Manager and achieve new potential and experience having full freedom in approaches and decisions. Help Merge team to improve the current products, gain more customers, and profit.

Our mission: To equip individuals with the necessary skills for emerging professions in the new economy.

What you will be doing:

  • Grow revenue from $2k to $12k till the end of 2023;

  • Academy rebranding and current products empowering: constantly thinking of bringing more value to students;

  • Build a partnership network;

  • Mentors acquisition;

  • Scalable customer journey;
  • Requirements for operational automation;
  • User research;
  • Products Quality Ambassador;
  • Manage Team of Merge Academy (Copywriter, Designer);
  • Managing Marketing Campaigns for Courses (Webinars, Live streams, Performance Marketing, Freebie, Email Marketing);
  • Website and SEO management;
  • Public Relationship management;
  • Strategic vision and suggestions;
  • Dealing with vendors and managing the internal team;
  • Courses launch;
  • Open new directions;
  • In the future become General Management of the Academy.

What we expect:

  • Experience in EdTech;
  • Experience in online courses launch;
  • Experience in managing online marketing campaigns (Webinars, Live streams, Performance Marketing, Freebie, Email Marketing);
  • Experience in user research;
  • Self-management, independence, ultra-high efficient time management skills;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Proactivity and Flexibility;
  • Creativity and Enthusiasm;
  • High communication and Persuasion skills.

Hiring Process:

  • Pre-screen interview with a recruiter for up to 45 minutes;
