We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Project Manager part-time, contractor) to support and coordinate several ongoing client projects simultaneously. Most of these projects are already well-established, with clear processes, scopes, and teams in place.
This role is focused on operational project management and coordination across multiple projects, with room to gradually take on more responsibility and ownership as the collaboration evolves.
Contractor — means for you freelance model: we provide flexible work arrangements based on a freelance model, allowing you to manage your work hours and location.
What you'll be doing?
Project Involvement
Manage and support several client projects in parallel, primarily at execution and delivery stages.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities: Track timelines, priorities, and dependencies across projects; Monitor task progress and follow up on action items; Identifyx risks and raise them early to the main Project Manager.
Maintain clarity and structure in task boards, documentation, and workflows.
Communication
Handle routine client communication across multiple projects (status updates, clarifications, follow-ups).
Participate in client calls when needed.
Ensure clear, transparent communication between clients and internal teams.
Project Operations
Maintain project documentation and task boards (Notion, Linear/Jira, Google Docs).
Support time tracking, reporting, and basic delivery metrics.
Help keep project processes consistent and well-organised across all assigned projects.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with the current Project Manager, aligning on priorities and workload.
Gradually take on more ownership across projects as trust and experience grow.
Contribute to improving project workflows and internal PM practices.
Support delivery by:
- Breaking down and prioritizing tasks independently or in collaboration with team leads.
- Running regular check-ins to keep the team aligned and unblocked.
- Leading client-facing meetings, demos, and discovery sessions including preparation and follow-ups.
- Confidently presenting and pitching progress or outcomes alongside the design and development teams.
Reporting & Quality Control
Track project performance and timelines through internal documentation (Notion, Google Sheets) and weekly workload reports.
Deliver structured weekly updates to internal leadership covering capacity, milestone progress, risks, and budget alignment.
Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations, project objectives, and quality standards.
Work closely with the team to finalize scopes, reconcile hours, close invoices, and ensure alignment with original estimates.
What is needed?
Experience & Background
1+ year of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Delivery Manager ideally in a fast-paced agency environment..
Experience working with multiple projects at the same time.
Understanding of design and development workflows in digital projects.
Communication & Collaboration
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+).
Experience with PM tools such as Notion, Jira, Linear, Google Docs (or similar).
Clear written communication and ability to keep information structured.
Skills & Mindset
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Comfortable with context switching between several projects.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution.
Open to feedback and continuous learning.
Calm and structured under part-time workload conditions.
