We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join one of our ongoing projects and take ownership of the delivery process. In this role, you’ll act as the key point of contact between the client and the team, ensuring clarity, structure, and smooth execution.
What you’ll be doing
Project Involvement
Join an active project and take ownership of the delivery process
Maintain a clear understanding of project goals, priorities, and constraints
Ensure alignment between client expectations and team execution
Project Setup & Management
Maintain and structure project documentation (Confluence)
Support roadmap planning and prioritisation
Ensure tasks are clearly defined and properly tracked
Communication & Delivery
Act as the main communication bridge between the client and the team
Lead regular meetings, syncs, and status updates
Identify blockers and proactively drive solutions
Keep the team aligned and focused on priorities
Reporting & Quality Control
Monitor progress, timelines, and overall project health
Ensure deliverables meet expectations and quality standards
Maintain transparency across stakeholders
What is needed
Experience & Background
3+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
Experience working with digital / product projects
Ability to manage processes in dynamic and evolving environments
Communication & Collaboration
Strong communication skills and confidence in leading client interactions
Ability to build trust and maintain clear, structured communication
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
Project Management & Tools
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Office or similar
Strong understanding of task management, documentation, and delivery processes
Skills & Mindset
High level of autonomy and self-management
Proactive approach — ability to move processes forward independently
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with complexity and structure processes effectively
Working conditions
Part-time engagement (~20 hours per week)
Potential to scale to full-time based on project needs
Fully remote setup
Minimum engagement: 3 months
Direct collaboration with the client
