About the job

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer who will join a team of our partner, Pypestream , and work with them directly. 

Pypestream is a Conversational AI built for scale. Built to usher the customer-centric enterprise into the digital age with “always-on” automation. No more single-task chatbots, no more embarrassing NPS scores and no more cobbling together technologies from multiple vendors. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software development / engineering

• 5-7 years of experience writing production level Python code

• Experience in TDD and Unit Testing on the Python Platform

• Experience in machine learning algorithm development preferred

• Experience in Messaging/Chatbot space is a plus

• Fluency in English and a good communicator both orally and in writing

• Have what it takes to break new ground and implement radical innovation, facing skepticism, incumbent conservatism, and strong resistance to change in general - with a positive, constructive approach and attitude.

• knowledge of machine learning, statistics, or optimization preferred

• Solid understanding of SQL and databases

• Frameworks: Django, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Flask
