At Merge Development we're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Intro

Merge Development is a UI/UX design and development agency. We help businesses with UX, development, and scaling of their digital products.

  • 70+ projects from the USA, Australia, and Europe.

Merge is rapidly growing and widespread in its services. So now we are looking for a Sales Representative who will help our CEO with sales processes and making creative and meaningful e-mails in English 👩🏽‍💻. You will join our passionately curious team, take part in customer acquisition and then have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager.

What you'll be doing?

  • Attend sales pitch calls;

  • Follow-up leads to close deals;

  • Schedule calls between stakeholders and our team;

  • Manage proposals;

  • Prepare kick-off meetings with clients;

  • Manage CRM system (we use PipeDrive).

What is needed?

  • Advanced English;

  • Experience of working with international clients;

  • Outstanding e-mail writing skills;

  • Full-cycle sales expertise in the IT field for more than 6 month;

  • Systematic approach to workflow organization;

  • Success-oriented approach to every task;

  • Precision and attention to the details.

Hiring Process

  • Pre-screen interview with a recruiter for up to 30 minutes;
