At Merge Development we're looking for a UX Researcher to join our team.

Full-time · Remote


Merge Development is a UI/UX design and development agency. We help businesses with UX, development, and scaling of their digital products. Right now we are looking for a Product Designer who will join us and work on an AI-powered Talent Platform with $170 million of investments.

Work will be straight under the client’s management, with the UK office and the client’s strong team (CPO — ex. PayPal, Head of Design — ex. Intel).

What you'll be doing?

  • Conduct user researches;

  • Work closely with the product and design teams to build research plans that answer key questions, and provide actionable insights;

  • Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies;

  • Conduct ongoing user research and feedback collection;

  • Identify the best methods for user research based on stakeholder questions, goals, and timelines;

  • Manage insights and deliver them to the product team.

What is needed?

  • 2+ years of experience in UX Research;

  • Experience in working in international product;

  • English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including facilitation of stakeholder discussions and workshops;

  • Knowledge of User Experience Research methods (surveys, personas, lab studies, diary studies, usability studies, focus groups, ethnographies, etc.);

  • Experience with remote tools to conduct a research study.


  • Salary up to 5000$;

  • A $1,000 grant on an educational program of your choice;

Hiring Process

  • Pre-screen interview with a recruiter and CEO for up to 30 minutes;
  • Technical interview with CPO and Head of Design of the Product.
