At Merge Development we're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Intro

Our Merge team seeks a passionate, curious, and perceptive UX/UI designer who excels at teamwork and problem-solving.
At the moment, we have ten super-talented designers on the payroll. Among them, we have a Head of Design and a couple of Design Leads, all contributing to the gentle yet stimulating knowledge-sharing environment.

  • 5+ years on the market;

  • 30+ employees;

  • 80+ projects from the USA, Australia, and Europe.

What you'll be doing?

  • Build prototypes illustrating different design solutions;

  • Create high-fidelity UI designs across mediums: SaaS Platforms & Mobile Apps;
  • Create and keep up to date design libraries for projects as Atomic UI Kits in Figma;
  • Create nice looking websites;
  • UX Architecture as a sitemap combined with a content structure based on gathered functionality requirements.

What is needed?

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI;

  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English;

  • Be fluent with Figma;

  • Experience with Atomic UI Kit creation in Figma;

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your design work and the thought process;

  • Some experience with design methods eg. user story writing, prototyping, content architecture;

  • Hunger, and passion. You’re willing to put in the hours and to try-fail-learn;

  • You want to accelerate your growth as a designer. Regular strong supervising sessions and mentorship by other team members will help you grow professionally;

  • As we're a mostly remote-based team and we're caring about our teammates' freedom as well as output results — you need to be a responsible, self-disciplined person with time-management skills.
