At Merge Rocks we're looking for a Webflow Designer to join our team.
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who combines technical expertise with a creative mindset to build modern, high-performing websites. At Merge, you’ll turn concepts into responsive, engaging web experiences that not only look great but work flawlessly.

Build and optimize modern, functional, and visually polished websites using Webflow;
Optimize loading speeds, improve capacity, and debug issues (e.g., broken links or images);
Address and implement solutions based on internal and external user feedback;
Assist with QA, process documentation, and content updates as needed;
Identify and solve (or propose solutions for) bugs, issues, and user experience improvements;
Evaluate new opportunities, projects, and ideas for feasibility;
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project goals are met.
Frontend development skills: HTML, CSS, JS (experience with React and TypeScript is a plus) – 1+ year;
Webflow experience – 1+ year;
Upper-Intermediate English, both written and verbal;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously;
A growth mindset: excited about learning and mastering new skills.
